We’re sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for most items in new condition within 30 days of receipt.

 

1. Contact Customer Service: Please submit a ticket on our website, indicating the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. We will respond within 24 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

2. Prepare Your Return: Once you receive return instructions from us, package the item(s) in the original packing.

3. Send Your Return: Drop off your package at your local post office.

4. Processing Your Return: Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue a refund to your. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

If you wish to return items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket in your account. Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

 

Note: Do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will delay the processing of your return.
